Womens Fitness



There's constatnly articles going around about women's fitness, and I've had just about enough. I manage to stay pretty fit without a whole ton of extra effort. I dance a lot on the weekends, I take the stairs at work instead of the elevator, and I hit the gym three times a week, for about an hour. I'm always amazed at how many people aren't willing to set aside 3 hours a week to keep themselves in shape. Ironically enough, these are the same people complaining about their figure. Go figure. Maybe if you stopped eating fast food, and got off your ass and did something now and then, you'd be in better shape.
